SEC. 3 . Whoever shall falsely make, forge, or counterfeit or cause or procure to be falsely made, forged, or counterfeited or shall aid in falsely making, forging, or counterfeiting any medal issued under the provisions of this act, or whoever shall sell or bring into the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof from any foreign place, or have in his possession any such false, forged, or counterfeited medal, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or impris oned not more than two years, or both . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Director Arkansas Centennial . Change in design of of the Mint, with the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, is commemorative coins authorized and directed to provide for o ne additional design to be auNu mbe placed on the reverse side of not less than twenty-five thousand and not more t han fifty thousand of the 50-c ent pieces to be coined in acco rdance with the pr ovisio ns of the Act entitled "An Act to authorize the coinage of 50-cent pieces in commemoration of the one-hundredth anniversary of the admission of the State of Arkansas into the Union", approved May 14, 1934 . The coins upon which the a dditio nal d esign author ized by this Act is to be placed shall be coined at a mint of the United States to be designated by the Director of the Mint, shall bear the date 1936, irrespectiv e of the year in which they ar e minted or issued, and shall be issued in the same manner and for the same purposes as the coins issued under the provisions of such Act of May 14, 1934, except that not l ess than twenty-five thousand such coins shall be issued at any one time and no such coins shall be issued after the expiration of one year after the date of enactment of this Act .
