FEDERAL HO ME LOAN BA NK BOARD For salaries and expenses of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, including personal services in the District of Columbia, printing and binding, traveling expenses, rents, furniture and equipment, law books, books of reference, periodicals, newspapers, maps, contract stenographic reporting services, telephone and telegraphic services, and all other necessary expenses of the Board, $264,043 : Provided, That expenditures from this appropriation shall not exceed the amounts collected and deposited in the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts from assessments upon the Federal Home Loan Banks .
