Be it enact ed by the Se nate a nd Hou se of Repres entati ves of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following suns are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not other- wise appropriated, to supply deficiencies in certain appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1935, and for prior fiscal years, to provide supplemental appropriat ions for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1935, and June 30, 1936, and for other purposes, namely TITLE I-GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS LEGISLATIVE SEN ATE

Senate. The unobligated balance of the appropriation for expenses of inquiries and investigations ordered by the Senate, contingent fund of the Senate, for the fiscal year 1935, is reappropriated and made available for the fiscal year 1936 . For the purchase of furniture, fiscal year 1936, $2,089 .18 . For miscellaneous items, exclusive of labor, fiscal year 1936, $50,000 . For payment to the widow of Cap R . Carden, late a Representative Cap R . Carden. from the State of Kentucky, $10,000, to be disbursed by the Sergeant Pay to w idow . at Arms of the House. Speake r's office : Ef fecti ve on the date of th e ena ctmen t of this Speaker's office .
