Island Lighthouse Reservation, Florida, and for other purposes . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Anastasia I s l and United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Lighthouse Reserva- tion, Fla.

of Commerce is authorized to convey to the city commission of the Disposal of curtain portions of, authorized . City of Saint Augustine, Florida, for public-park purposes, that portion of the Anastasia Island Lighthouse Reservation, Florida, which is not required to be retain ed for lighthouse purposes, con- sisting of Government lots 1 and 2, section 21, township 7 south, range 30 east, Tallahassee, Florida, excepting that part of lot 2 between the five-acre lighthouse tract and the hard-surfaced road and that part of Government lots 1 and 2 to be conveyed as author- ized by section 2 of this Act, res erving unto the United States of Eas eme nt reserved . America a perpetual easement for beams of light across any part of said lands that may be between the lighthouse and the sea . Th e deed of conveyance shall describe by metes and bounds the exact por tion of th e res ervat ion t ransf erred and the r eserv ation of t he easement heretofore mentioned .
