Any High Contracting Party may, at any time after the expira- tion of th2 period of three years mentioned in Article 19, declare that he desires that the present Convention shall cease to apply to all or any of his colonies, protectorates, overseas territories or territories under suzerainty or mandate and the Convention shall cease to apply to the territories named in such declaration six months after its receipt by the Secretary-General of the League of Nations. 4. The Secretary-General of the League of Nations shall communi- cate to all the Members of the League of Nations and the non-member States all declarations and notices received in virtue of this article and the dates of their receipt.
