"(B) If the average fann price of any commodity, the rate of tax on the processing of which is prescribed in paragraph (2), (3), (4), or (5) of this subsection or is established pursuant to this paragraph (6), during any period of twelve successive months ending after July 1, 1935, consisting of the first ten months of any marketing year and the last two months of the preceding marketing year - . In subsection "(f)" of Sec. 21", added by section 30 of the bill to the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended, strike out" refund or credit" wherever it appears (except in the last sentence thereof) and in lieu thereof insert" refund, credit, or abatement".
