Preamble.

Whereas an Extradition Treaty between the United States of America and Turkey was concluded and signed by their respective Plenipotentiaries at Lausanne, Switzerland, on the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, which Treaty, being in the English, French and Turkish languages, is word for word as follows:
