Lorsqu'un pays n'observe pas les dispositions de l'article 26 concernant la liberte de transit, les Administrations ont Ie droit de supprimer Ie service postal avec ce pays. ElIes doivent donner prealablement avis de cette mesure par telegramme aux Administrations interessees. ARTICLE 81 Engagements.
