Both parties express their willingness as far as possible to expedite shipments. 9. This agreement shall not be understood to modify the already existing exchange agreements between the various Gov- ernment departments and instrumentalities of the two countries. Upon the receipt of a note from Your Excellency indicating that the Government of the United States of Brazil is prepared to under- take a complete exchange of official publications with the Govern- ment of the United States of America in accordance with the foregoing provisions, the agreement shall be considered to be concluded and in effect as of the date of such note from Your Excellency. Informa Vossa Excelencia que o Governo americano concorda na referida troca sujeita as disposigoes estabelecidas pelo texto da con- venqao incluso na mesma nota de Vossa Excelencia, sendo apenas necessario para a entrada em vigor dessa convencao que o Governo brasileiro por meu intermedio indique estar igualmente de ac6rdo nessa troca. 3. Em resposta, comunico a Vossa Excelencia, usando dos plenos poderes a mim conferidos, que o Govmrno dos Estados Unidos do Brasil concorda na troca em questao, submetida as disposicoes da convencao incluida por Vossa ExcelAncia em sua citada nota.
