And be it further enacted, That if, upon the settlement of g·“'1h°* °¤'°dl*¤» the accounts as aforesaid, it shall appear, that the said collectors, or aljgiflfggmway any one of them, are entitled to further credits than they have heretofore received, it shall be lawful for the Secretary of the Treasury to allow the same, and to credit the judgment heretofore recovered against them by the United States, for the amount which may be so found to be due: Provided, That nothing in this act shall be construed to impair the force or effect of the judgments aforesaid, but the same, together with the executions which may have issued thereon, shall continue to remain in force in the same manner they were previous to the passage of this act. Appropriation. Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the amount of such valuation, when ascertained as aforesaid, shall be paid to the said Joseph Perkins, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
