The Chinese Government reserves the right to terminate this Agreement whenever it deems that such relief assistance as is provided in this Agreement is no longer necessary. ARTICLE X. Date of Agreement This Agreement shall take effect as from this day's date. It shall continue in force until a date to be agreed upon by the two Govern- ments.
