INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [63 STAT. by the Minister of War of the Re- public of Peru through his author- ized representative in Washington and the Department of the Army of the United States of America. TITLE III Duties, Rank and Precedence ARTICLE 7. The members of the Mission shall be responsible through the Chief of Mission and the Inspector General of the Peruvian Army to the Minister of War of the Republic of Peru. ARTICLE 8. The personnel of the Mission shall perform such duties as may be agreed upon by the Inspector General of the Peruvian Army and the Chief of the Mission. ARTICLE 9. Each member of the Mission shall serve on the Mission with the rank he holds in the Army of the United States and shall wear the uniform of his rank in the Army of the United States, but shall have precedence over all Peruvian Officers of the i same rank. Los miembros de la Misi6n ejerceran sus funciones segln lo acuerden el Inspector General del ejercito del Peri y el Jefe de la Misi6n. ARTICULO 9. Cada miembro de la Misi6n desempefiarg sus fun- ciones en ella con el grado que tenga en el ej6rcito de los Estados Unidos y usari el uniforme de su grado en el ejercito de los Estados Unidos, pero tendra precedencia sobre todos los oficiales peruanos del mismo grado. ARTICULO 10. Cada miembro de la Misi6n tendra derecho a todos los beneficios y privilegios que los reglamentos del ejercito del Perl otorguen a los oficiales peruanos y al personal subalterno de grado correspondiente.
