Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ci^n/* A* ro*/u- ^^^^'^^^ States of America in Congress assembled, That the following tion Act, 1956. sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply appropriations (this Act may be cited as the "LTrgent Deficiency Appropriation x\ct, 1956") for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1956, and for other purposes, namely: CHAPTER I
FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT DISASTER RELIEF
For an additional amount for "Disaster relief", $25,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not exceeding 3 per centum of the foregoing amount shall be available for administrative expenses. INDEPENDENT OFFICES VETERANS ADMINISTRATION SERVICE-DISABLED VETERANS INSURANCE FUND
