For an additional amount for "Office of the Commissioner, salaries and expenses", $117,000. OFFICE or THE SECRETARY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $219,000. OFFICE OF FIELD ADMINISTRATION, SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses. Office of Field Administration", $252,000, to be transferred and expended as authorized by section 201(g)(1) of the Social Security Act, as amended, from any one or all of the trust funds referred to therein.

OFFICE O F THE GENERAL COUNSEL, SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Office of the General Counsel, salaries and expenses", $71,000, together with not to exceed $236,000 to be transferred and expended as authorized by section 201(g)(1) of the Social Security Act, as amended, from any one or all of the trust funds referred to therein. EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OFFICE OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM

For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 (Public Law 88-452, approved August 20, 1964), as amended, $1,500,000,000, plus reimbursements, including not 78 sta^ ^os. more than $10,000,0*00 to carry out the purposes of section 205(d) of note. Title II, in the discretion of the Director, and not more than $1,000,000 Ante, p. 975. to carry out the purposes of part D of title III: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available for transfers to the economic opportunity loan fund for loans under title III, and amounts so transferred shall remain available until expended: Provided further, That this appropriation shall be available for the purchase and hire of passenger motor vehicles, and for construction, alteration, and repair of buildings and other facilities, as authorized by section 602 of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, and for purchase of real property for training centers: Provided further, That this appropriation shall not be available for contracts under titles I, II, V^ and VI extending for more than twenty-four months: Provided further, That none of the funds contained in this Act shall be used to make indemnity payments, authorized by part D of title III, to any farmer whose milk was removed from commercial markets as a result of his failure to follow the procedures prescribed by the Federal Government for the use of the offending chemical: Provided further, That $5,000,000 of this appropriation shall be transferred to "Community health practice and research" to carry out the program for selective service medical 49-850 0-66—75
