For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses, general administration", $65,000, of which $40,000 shall remain available until Septeii^iber 30, 1969, and, in addition, $231,000 which shall be derived by transfer from the amount reserved under "Salaries and expenses", Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, pursuant to section 201 of Public Law 90-364, and $2,000 which shall be derived by transfer from the amount reserved under "Salaries and expenses.
