"(g) for the purpose of causing an increase in any payment authorized under this title (or any other program financed in whole or in , ^ part from Federal funds), or for the purpose of causing a payment under this title (or any such other program) to be made when no payment is authorized thereunder, or for the purpose of obtaining (for himself or any other person) any payment or any other benefit to which he (or such other person) is not entitled— "(1) willfully, knowingly, and with intent to deceive, uses a social security account number, assigned by the Secretary (in the Post, 1364. exercise of his authority under section 205(c)(2) to establish and maintain records) on the basis of false information furnished to the Secretary by him or by any other person; or " (2) with intent to deceive, falsely represents a number to be the social security account number assigned by the Secretary to him or to another person, when in fact such number is not the social security account number assigned by the Secretary to him or to "" ' * such other person;". Effective date. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to information furnished to the Secretary after the date of the enactment of this Act. , ': '.':!^'-

IXCREASE OF AMOUNTS IX TRUST FUNDS AVAILABLE TO PAY COSTS OF REHABILITATION SERVICES

SEC. 131. The first sentence of section 222(d)(1) of the Social 79 Stat. 408; Secuiity Act (as amended by section 107(b)(4) of this Act) is further Ante, p. 1343. amended by striking out "except that the total amount so made available pursuant to this subsection in any fiscal year may not exceed 1 percent of the total of the benefits under section 202(d) for children who have attained age 18 and are under a disability" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "except that the total amount so made available pursuant to this subsection may not exceed— " (i) 1 percent in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972, " (ii) 1.25 percent in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1973, X. "(iii) 1.5 percent in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, and thereafter. SEC. 132.
