An Act Nov. 4, 1977 [H.R. 2817] Tinicum National Environmental Center, Pa. Additions.

Appropriation authorization.

To provide for certain additions to the Tinicum National Environmental Center. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act of June 30, 1972, entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of the Tinicum National P^nvironmental Center in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and for other purposes" (16 U.S.C. 668dd, note) is amended— (1) by striking out "Wanamaker Avenue" in the last sentence of section 2 and inserting in lieu thereof "Darby Creek"; and (2) by amending section 7(b) to read as follows: "(b) Beginning with fiscal year 1978, there are authorized to be appropriated, in addition to the appropriations authorized under subsection (a), $8,850,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.". Approved November 4, 1977.
