ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY LOANS

SEC. 2. Section 4(c)(4) of the Small Business Act is amended by striking out "$450,000,000 and by inserting in lieu thereof "$525,000,000". SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANIES

SEC. 3. Section 4(c)(4) of the Small Business Act is amended by Striking out "$725,000,000" and by inserting in lieu thereof "$887,500,000".

SURETY BOND GUARANTEES
