An Act

For the relief of Habib Haddad.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Habib Haddad. United States of America in Congress assembled, That H a b i b H a d d a d shall be held and considered to have satisfied the requirements of 8 USC 1427. section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act relating to required periods of residence and physical presence within the United States and, notwithstanding the provisions of section 310(d) of the 8 USC 1421. Act, he may be naturalized at any time after the date of enactment of this Act if he is otherwise eligible for naturalization under the FCS.8 USC 1101 note. Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, William Mok may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Drs. Y i n g B. Mok and L y n n C. Mok, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the n a t u r a l parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
