PRIVATE LAW 95-119—OCT. 28, 1978 such Act upon approval of a petition filed on her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Donnelly, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of such Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sistere of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
