Public Law 99-69 99th Congress An Act To extend the authority to establish and administer flexible and compressed work schedules for Federal Government employees.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 5 of the Federal Employees Flexible and Compressed Work Schedules Act of 1982 (96 Stat. 234; 5 U.S.C. 6101 note) is amended by striking out "three years after the date of the enactment of this Act" and inserting in lieu thereof "September 30, 1985". Approved July 22, 1985.
