c. To provide sense of belongingness, pride, goals and dreams of its inhabitants.

Sec. 3. Declaration of Policy. The Local Government of Urbiztondo recognizes the importance of preserving and promoting the history, culture and traditions of Urbiztondo and its people as vital component in its existence. Reverence and respect shall at all-times be accorded the Urbiztondo Hymn, which embodies the ideals and traditions of the Municipality of Urbiztondo which shall be inculcated in the hearts and minds of every Urbiztondonian.

Sec. 4. Official Lyrics. The Urbiztondo Hymn shall be sang or played in its original language in accordance with its musical arrangement (melody, tempo and beat) as follows:

Sec. 5. Singing of the Municipal Hymn. The Urbiztondo Hymn (Baley Kon Niyanakan) shall be sang after the singing of Lupang Hinirang and the Provincial Hymn of Pangasinan during the Flag raising ceremony every Monday morning and other special events or occasions in all Government offices, National, Local and public, private and schools at all levels in the Municipality of Urbiztondo. The Urbiztondo Hymn shall also be sang during the flag retreat every Friday afternoon in all government institutions, private and public schools at all levels within the Municipality of Urbiztondo.
