RECIPES ICE CREAM MAPLE WALNUT ICE CREAM 2 cups heavy cream (1 pint) 2 cups light cream (1 pint) go 1 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. maple extract 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 to 1 cup chopped walnuts (as desired) Pour cream directly into cream can. Add sugar, maple ex- tract, and salt. Stir with wooden spoon or plastic spatula until sugar dissolves. Fold walnuts into the mixture after processing but before hardening. S 12 BUTTERED PECAN ICE CREAM 2 cups heavy cream (1 pint) 2 cups light cream (1 pint) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp. butter extract 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans Pour first six ingredients into cream can.
