Ranunculus nivicola[edit]
I changed the link from Hook. f. -> Hook. (the father). The text says: Hook. Ic. Plant.
Ic. Plant. means: Icones Plantarum; here the species is described: see: http://books.google.com.au/books?id=jz8AAAAAQAAJ and search for Ranunculus nivicola (the pages are not numbered).
I don't have other sources available here than internet. At internet some sources say: Hook. f., whilst others say: Hook..
