Trying to figure out formatting issue

I've simplified the table on this page to try to highlight an annoying formatting problem I can't figure out. In the following, note that there are extraneous spacing periods above the final "Total" row (on the line with the short bar above the total amount of $105.) Also, while it's not a big problem, there are more spacing periods in the lines "DDDDD" and "EEEEE" than there should be (see main page to observe where the line of periods ends in the original). I don't really understand the "TOCstyle" template or the "model" parameter, so this will be a learning experience for me...
