Copyright?

[edit]

What is the copyright for acts of South Africa? Do they follow the British model, if so then they are copyrighted for about 50 years. Wabbit98 talk 3:00om(PST), 11 August 2010

SA copyright law places in the public domain "official texts of a legislative, administrative or legal nature, [and] official translations of such texts". (s. 12(8)(a) of the Copyright Act, 1978). See {{PD-SAGov}}. - Htonl (talk) 07:51, 12 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
