[ Republic Act No. 10 ]
AN ACT PENALIZING USURPATION OF PUBLIC AUTHORITY
Section 1.
[edit]Any person who, with or without pretense of official position, shall perform any act pertaining to the Government, or to any person in authority or public officer, without being lawfully entitled to do so, shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than two years nor more than ten years.
Section 2.
[edit]This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
