No copyright violation[edit]

The Agreement Between Japan and the Republic of Korea Concerning the Settlement of Problems in Regard to Property and Claims and Economic Cooperation is a part of the Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea(See the treaty's Article V, and the dates that both were signed and came into effect).

The Agreement Between Japan and the Republic of Korea Concerning the Settlement of Problems in Regard to Property and Claims and Economic Cooperation is that should be called One of the Treaty on Non-Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea.

In any way, the Agreement is apparently the details attached to the Basic Treaty.

And this Basic Treaty says,"DONE in duplicate at Tokyo, this twenty-second day of June of the year one thousand nine hundred and sixty-five in the Japanese, Korean, and English languages, each text being equally authentic. In case of any divergence of interpretation, the English text shall prevail".

Therefore, there cannot be any copyright violation concerning the English text of any Agreements based on the Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea.

First of all, whose copyright do you think has been violated? Anyone, including User:Eliyak and User:Prosody, haven't explained it yet. Please show us the evidence of copyright violation. Please discuss concretely.
