Renaming

I propose renaming this article to Constitution of North Korea (1972, rev. 2016)

The names of pages are somewhat arbitrary. This is not Wikipedia, and titles used for pages are mostly to distinguish one from another. The published title of a document will appear within the page header, and the page title does not have to match. --EncycloPetey (talk) 17:42, 27 December 2017 (UTC)
