Source: apparently some of the raw text came from http://www.fullbooks.com/Essays.html? but was annotated with annotations from Bartleby, which is a reprint of Eliot's annotations in the 1909 Harvard Classics Vol. 3.

For clarity here, I asked JackPotte to move the work to Essays, civil and moral (Harvard Classics), which he did, and I made the above link a redirect. Each major work within the Harvard Classics should have its own top level mainspace page.--Doug.(talk contribs) 06:07, 7 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
