It was evidence used to prosecute Japanese war criminals (hence, the first line in the article - Document No. 2701 (Certified as Exhibit "O" in Doc. No. 2687))
It was almost certainly translated by a US government translator in the 40s. Raul654 (talk) 20:05, 7 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
