  • Could somebody help me to understand whether it is legal to copy the text from the above .edu address? I suppose this must be protected by Crown Copyright or something, but I really have no idea what the copyright of documents that were once secret is! If you can point me to a law where it follows that it is legal to copy and put here on Wikisource then I can copy the text, but I want to be sure that it is allowed to do so before I do it.
