typo & dashes[edit]
I haven't proofread the speech, but the following things catched my eye:
- In the {{header}} notes, replace it's with its.
- You can render longer dashes with – and —, giving – and —, respectively. These should also be selectable from the editing menu if you have JavaScript.

Protection reason?[edit]
When a page is locked, shouldn't the reason be listed on the talk page? "Pages locked to preserve their integrity" isn't really good enough. I see a few way to improve this text, such as link William Gladstone in the intro. We don't protect pages to prevent possible vandalism. Any why couldn't semi-protection be used instead of protection? --Pmsyyz 04:46, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
