Sikkam, Maharaja of; Maharaj Kumar Sidkeong Tulkan, K.C.I.E. (1910), (C.I.E.; 2nd s. of H.H. the Maharaja; b. 1879; educ: Oxford University; Vice-President of the State Council; is in charge of the Ecclesiastical, Education and forest departments; served in the Tibet Mission of 1908 in facilitating transport; knows Hindi, Nepali, Lepcha, Tibetan, Chinese and English Languages; holds K-I-H. gold medal. Recreations: Tennis, Rowing, Riding. Address: Gangtok, Sikkim. Club: Darjeeling Gymkhana.
