WILLIAMS.—On the 3rd Nov., at Lincoln College, Oxford, aged 61 years, James Williams, J.P., D.C.L., of Wallasey, Reader in Roman Law in the University, and Fellow of Lincoln, and of LIncoln's Inn, Barrister-at-Law, oldest son of the late James Williams, of Fir Grove, Liverpool, and of Oakenholt, Flintshire.
