Mr. Britiffe Constable Skottowe died in London on Sunday at the age 67. The only son of Thomas Britiffe Skottowe, of Harrow Weald House, he was sent to Harrow and went up to New College, Oxford, where he obtained a first class in Modern History and a second in jurisprudence. He was the author of "Our Hanoverian Kings," "A Short History of Parliament," and other works. Mrs. Skottowe, who died in 1923, was the only child of John Orwell Phillips, of Grosvenor-street, and Weybridge. An ancestor of Mr. Skottowe was created a baron by Louis XVIII. in 1814.
