มาตรา ๔[4.i]

ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมรักษาการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ และให้มีอำนาจแต่งตั้งพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่กับออกกฎกระทรวงและประกาศเพื่อปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้

กฎกระทรวงและประกาศนั้น เมื่อได้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาแล้ว ให้ใช้บังคับได้

Section 4[4.a]
  1. The Minister of Digital Economy and Society shall be in charge of this Act and shall have the power to appoint competent authorities as well as to issue ministerial regulations and announcements for the execution of this Act.
  2. Those ministerial regulations and announcements shall, upon their publication in the Government Gazette, come into force.
