- XVIII.
- In the name of the great life.
- On the day the great Bihrām wrapped up his banner,
- 360 guards settled on it.
- They covered it with chains of precious stones
- and put the seal of the great (life) on it.
- The great (life) blessed with his pure mouth
- the man who settled here and said to him:
- "From your splendor grew,
- from your light the whole world was illuminated".
- Our Father illuminates with his wondrous voice, saying,
- "Let not every one that is true and believing
- go to Jordan early in the morning,
- and be marked with the sign of Jordan altogether".
Commentary[edit]
- Recite this song and wrap the banner on the day of the great feast... together, (this song) alone.
- Every day you perform a baptism, wrap the banner together with the said song and cover it.
