Which intercourse with an `ervah incurs penalty. Two sections.	באיזה ביאה חייב הבא על הערוה
Paragraph 1- One who has bodily contact with one of the `arayos, or hugs and "kisses" (i.e. has external genital contact) and takes pleasure in the closeness of flesh, such a person is given lashes and is suspected of `arayos. One who has intercourse with her whether vaginally or anally, as soon as he begins intercourse, namely inserting the glans, he is liable on her account for execution or karet/excision. And it is not necessary to see it like an eyeliner in its tube, rather as soon as the witnesses see them cling together like adulterers, they are executed for this, and the woman is forbidden to her husband. An adult woman who intercourse with a minor under nine years old, is not liable to death on his account. And it seems to me the rule is also she is not forbidden to her husband. And that's why the Rav, the Ba`al haTurim, wrote so many decisions of when are they liable to death or not, having the practical implication for present day, as to what intercourse makes a woman forbidden to her husband. Sexual relations with a girl less than three is of no effect because any sexual relationship with a girl less than three is not considered a sexual relationship and her virginity will return. Even if a leap month was added to the year her virginity will return.	סעיף א הבא על אחת מן העריות דרך איברים, או שחיבק ונישק ונהנה בקירוב בשר, הרי זה לוקה וחשוד על העריות. הגה: הבא עליה בין כדרכה בין שלא כדרכה, כיון שהערה בה, היינו שהכניס העטרה, חייב עליה מיתה או כרת. ואין צריכים לראות כמכחול בשפופרת, אלא משיראו העדים אותם דבוקים זה בזה כדרך המנאפים – נהרגים על זה, והאשה נאסרת על בעלה. אשה גדולה שבא עליה קטן פחות מבן ט' שנים, אינה חייבת מיתה על ידו. ונראה לי דהוא הדין אינה נאסרת על בעלה. ולכן כתב הרב בעל הטורים הרבה דינים אימתי חייבים מיתה או לא, נפקא מינה בזמן הזה באיזה ביאה אשה נאסרת על בעלה. ועיין בפנים. אשה פחותה מבת שלש אין ביאתה ביאה, דכל פחותה משלש שנים אין ביאתה ביאה ובתוליה חוזרין (בהגהות דיבמות), אפילו נתעברו השנים – בתוליה חוזרין (דברי הרב מהירושלמי):
Paragraph 2- Women are prohibited to foreplay with each other from the prohibition against acting like the land of Egypt. Such women are deserving of mardus lashes and they have violated a prohibition.
