Chap. XIV.An Act freeing from postage all letters and packets from Thomas Jefferson.

Letters and packets from Thomas Jefferson be received and conveyed free of postage.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all letters and packets from Thomas Jefferson, late President of the United States, during his life, shall be received and conveyed by post, free of postage.
