September:	Singapore	That Singapore's law on contempt of court was codified in 2016, but still remains strict (or even draconian to some observers)? Malaysia’s judges are more independent than Singapore’s for cases with political implications. 	Singapore	that according to the Public Order Act 2009, a single-person demonstration can constitute an "assembly" (and thus subject to police permission)?
