Copyright and scope on The East-West dichotomy[edit]

I'm looking at The East-West dichotomy, and I have a couple major concerns. First, Wikisource requires that all our texts be Free Content; if not public domain, under the GFDL or a Creative Commons license that permits commercial use. I see no evidence that we can post this at all; the originating website has a bare copyright notice at the bottom. Second, Wikisource only hosts previously published texts and I see no evidence that this has been published.--Prosfilaes (talk) 06:08, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
