Windsor-Forest  (1720)
by Alexander Pope

Pope first published 'Windsor-Forest' in 1713. This transcription is of the fourth edition, which also contains a number of other pieces. The scanned copy sourced from Google was missing a frontispiece, which it should feature according to the catalogue of published works at the back of this version, and Alexander Pope: A Bibliography, Volume 1, Part 1 (1922), p. 95, by Reginald Harvey Griffith. A copy of the frontispiece, from the British Library, was found on Wikimedia Commons and has been incorporated in the work.

To the Right Honourable.

By Mr. POPE.

The Fourth Edition.

Printed for Bernard Lintot at the Cross Keys between
the Temple-Gates in Fleetstreet. 1720.

This work was published before January 1, 1928, and is in the public domain worldwide because the author died at least 100 years ago.
