The English translation of The Life of Dominic Savio refers to him as "J. B. Pellegrini". I assume that his name is Gianbattista or Giovanni Battista Pellegrini (anglicized as John Baptist Pellegrini), but unfortunately I have not been able to confirm this. —Beleg Âlt BT (talk) 17:53, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

According to this website, Pellegrini's testimony first appeared in the 7th edition of the Life of Dominic Savio (published in 1890). The full citation is: Pellegrini G. B., Ch. nel ven. Semin. dì Como. —Beleg Âlt BT (talk) 18:11, 26 February 2024 (UTC)
