Though Herbert was indeed born in Wales, it's rather odd to call him "Welsh" if that's the only biographical information given. His father was an Englishman appointed to Montgomery Castle as, essentially, a public servant, and Herbert was educated in England from a young age and spent virtually his entire life there, primarily in Wiltshire. 72.241.205.207 01:14, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It looks as though it (simply) reflects the information at Wikipedia. Beyond collecting the works, I don't believe that any of us is stating that we are experts on the person.
