I find the religions listed in this category somewhat illusive. Where exactly are we drawing the line? The trouble in my mind is that if 'Mormons' belong in this category, then so do the following just among Christian Religions (and doubtless there are many others from outside Christianity that also belong here):
- Adventism, first appeared in about 1830, officially founded in 1863.
- Christadelphianism, about 1863.
- Jehovah's Witnesses, origins in 1879.
- Pentecostalism, by some opinions, 1906.

One would have to agree that this is a very subjective categorisation, both in whose version of new, and when does a religion finish being new? Also, what benefit derives from such a classification? It would seem to be more to separate from established old-world religions. -- billinghurst (talk) 10:29, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
