This is a list of some special characters and diacritics used in this work.

Symbol Unicode Description
◌̯ U+032F "Consonant i and Consonant u, conveniently written and " (p. 17).
◌̥ U+0325 "Non-vowel Sonants (, , , )" (p. 24).
◌̑ U+0311 Used for the palatal plosives, and (p. 18).
ǥ U+01E5 Used for 'gu', a voiced 'labialising velar' (p. 18). This is only an approximation, as no exact representation was found.
