@Rajasekhar1961: We do not usually disambiguate titles unless there is a specific need; either because we already have a work of the same title, or because we expect to have one relatively soon. Unless that is the case I would just go with "Tropical Diseases". But if you foresee a need for disambiguation then using the year as the distinguisher is indeed correct. When multiple works with the same title in the same year is an issue, we additionally use the author's name (or translator, or editor, depending on what's most relevant). --Xover (talk) 16:25, 2 June 2020 (UTC)
