Walter, Arthur Fraser, M.A. Christ Church, Oxon, B.A. 1870, from Eton, capt. 1st volunteer batt. Berks regt. 1879, J.P. Berks, a student of Lincoln's Inn 14 Oct., 1870 (then aged 24), called to the bar 6 June, 1874 (2nd son of John Walter, Esq., of Bearwood, Berks, M.P., and of Lincoln's Inn, bar.-at-law); born 12 Sept., 1846; married 15 Oct., 1872, Henrietta Maria, eldest dau. of Rev. Thomas Anchitel Anson, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, E. Lichfield).
