Announcement
on Establishment of a Council of Regency



Whereas the King, His Highness Prince Ananda Mahidol, is still a minor and incapable of handling His royal burdens, the House of People's Representatives, exercising the power under the dispositions of section 10 of the Constitution, passed a resolution on the 7th day of March 2477 BE[1] to establish a Council of Regency consisting of—

Colonel, His Royal Highness the Prince of Krommamuen Anuwat Chaturon, as President;

Lieutenant Commander, His Highness Prince Aditya Dibabha;

Chaophraya Yommarat (Pan Sukhum);

with an agreement that the majority rule shall be observed when passing a resolution or ruling upon a matter of discussion and the signatures of at least two Members of the Council of Regency shall be required when signing a public document.

It is therefore announced for general knowledge.
